Our Story

Home >> Our Story

After 16 years in advertising, our lead designer answered a siren song of her own

& shifted the medium — not the mindset — to floral design

At Flower Song LA, floral design is a creative language — expressive, intentional, and rooted in narrative. What we make isn’t just beautiful — it means something.

Flower Song LA exists to celebrate detail, color, and nature through bold, sustainable floral design. Our work is driven by the belief that florals & foliage can tell stories, transform spaces, and make ordinary moments feel extraordinary.

This is our Flower Song.

Meet Chris

Chris is a Los Angeles–based Creative Director and recovering ad exec whose career spans branded entertainment, experiential marketing, and large-scale creative production. Having worked with dozens of Fortune 500 brands and startups alike, she brings a strategic, narrative-driven perspective to her work as a floral artist and designer.

Grounded in the belief that we are stewards of the earth — and guided by a deep affinity for animal advocacy — Chris founded Flower Song LA as an eco-first floral studio committed to thoughtful design and responsible practices. A portion of online profits is donated to animal rescue organizations throughout Los Angeles.

Flower Song LA began as a phrase — a creative siren song Chris referenced long before the studio existed. It grew into a practice rooted in rhythm, emotion, and visual storytelling. Many of our arrangements are inspired by and named after classic rock songs, a quiet nod to the way music — like flowers — can shift energy and shape a moment.
